Led planning, resourcing, delivery and quality assurance of exploration geoscience programmes across company assets, reporting directly to the CEO and liaising with the Board.

• Managed a team of technical staff and contractors across multiple asset workstreams.

• Led geoscience delivery into an accelerated exploration programme in Chad, including more than 3,500 km2 of 3D seismic and six exploration wells in 2.5 years, achieving a 67% technical success rate versus a global average of around 35%.

• Developed and managed an exploration portfolio of more than 350 prospects and leads representing over 1 billion BOE risked prospective resources.

• Balanced technical, operational, financial and strategic considerations to maintain programme pace and quality.

Asset Manager for exploration assets in Kenya and Ethiopia, reporting directly to the CEO.

• Managed safe execution of a USD 10 million onshore seismic acquisition project in Kenya involving more than 370 personnel.

• Achieved zero Lost Time Incidents while meeting time, budget, community and environmental commitments.

• Led engagement with governments, joint venture partners, farm-in partners, contractors, consultants and the Board.
